International Orders, Returns & Refunds

All orders from Mystery Bundle Bliss are shipped from the UK.

Due to the nature of mystery bundles, surprise bundles, and curated items, all sales are final once your order has been dispatched.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has left us, unless there is a genuine fault or issue that falls under your statutory rights.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import VAT/tax, duty, or courier handling fees when they arrive in your country.

These charges are set by your country’s customs authority or delivery courier. They are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

Any customs/import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If customs fees are refused, unpaid, or the parcel is returned to us, the order will not be refunded. Original shipping costs, customs fees, and return-to-sender fees are also not refundable.

Mystery Bundle Bliss is not responsible for customs delays, customs charges, or parcels returned due to unpaid fees.
