All mystery bundles are randomly selected unless explicitly stated otherwise. Custom preferences are honoured where possible but are not guaranteed.

⏰ Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Cancellation requests must be emailed within 24 hours of purchase

  • Orders that have entered processing, customisation, or packing cannot be cancelled

  • After 24 hours, all purchases are final and non-refundable

❌ Non-Cancellable Items

After the 24-hour window, cancellations are not accepted for:

  • Mystery bundles

  • Custom colour or preference-based orders

  • Add-ons, upgrades, or guaranteed items

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

🎁 Mystery Bundle Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Contents are selected at random

  • Designs, colours, and items may vary

  • Personal preference is not grounds for cancellation or refund
