At Mystery Bundle Bliss, each order is carefully prepared and often customised, so please read our refund and cancellation policy before placing an order.
📦 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of mystery bundles and made-to-order items, all sales are final once an order has been processed. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
⏰ Cancellation & Refunds (24-Hour Window)
A refund is only available if you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours of purchase
- Orders that have already been packed, customised, or dispatched cannot be cancelled
- Refunds approved within the 24-hour window will be issued to the original payment method
After 24 hours, your order is locked in and non-refundable.
❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
- Change of mind after 24 hours
- Mystery bundle contents not matching personal taste
- Orders placed incorrectly (colour choices, quantities, add-ons) after 24 hours
- Minor variations in items due to mystery selection
- Delays caused by postal services once dispatched
📬 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

International customers: Orders are shipped from the UK and may be subject to customs fees, import VAT/tax, duty, or courier handling fees on arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
