Lost, Delayed, or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

the order is not eligible for a refund.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of mystery bundles, surprise bundles, and curated items, all sales are final once dispatched.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has left us unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect in line with your statutory rights.
